Shelbyville Dogwood Festival

Kicking off the festivities, the Shelbyville Dogwood Festival is returning for its 5th year, promising a day filled with fun, food, and entertainment. From 10 AM to 5 PM at the Shelby County Public Schools Central Office on 1155 W. Main Street, the festival features more than 100 local crafters, artisans, and musicians. Joined by local food trucks and food vendors, the entire family will enjoy the Dogwood Festival.
Revived by the Shelby County Education Foundation, the festival is more than just a day of enjoyment; it’s a cause that supports the community's future. The event raises funds for scholarships for Shelby County students, making your participation a contribution to the education and empowerment of local youth.

On the same day, from 10 AM to 4 PM, at the Shelby County Fairgrounds, located at 1513 Midland Trail, the Dogwood Artisan Showcase will open its doors to art enthusiasts and casual observers alike. This showcase is a testament to Shelby County's rich artistic heritage and educational values, highlighting the incredible talents of local artists, artisans, and creators.
Attendees can look forward to exploring a myriad of booths featuring handmade crafts, artworks, and unique Kentucky boutiques.
